Code of Ethics
This Code of Ethics is established for the purpose of setting and maintaining the standard of service and business and to safeguard the reputation of our members and our Association.
All our members will conduct their business in compliance with domestic and international laws, rules and regulations, both in letter and in spirit, in such a manner as to bring credit to our Association and every member. All members should conduct their business in a way that is in the best interest of AASA, as well as all its members.
All our members will conduct their business with customers, suppliers and other members in accordance with the objectives of our Association as well as the Bylaws of our Association.
All our members will refrain from taking advantage of the confidence reposed in the members by the public at large.
All our members are invited to do good business within the AASA community and AASA associates first.
All our members will respect each member’s customer body.
Any dispute involving an AASA member should be brought to the Board of AASA for arbitration before going to any court.
